Group Training:

 

Babylon Boxing blends high intensity interval training, circuit training and fitness training with strategic boxing fundamentals that can be achieved at any level of fitness.  We build a strong boxing foundation utilizing workouts that strengthen stance, footwork, head movement, defense, counter punching, bag work and pad work. 


Personal Training:


Work one on one with our top personal trainers for faster results. We build a strong boxing foundation utilizing workouts that strengthen core, footwork, head movement, defense, counter punching, bag work and pad work.
